Move characters in front of overlay

I need help with moving my character in front of this overlay.
how do i move her to make her look like she’s in front of the overlay?

Just put overlay on one layer like
@overlay OVERLAYNAME to layer 5 (fr example)
And ur character on front layer like
@CHARACTER moves to layer 6
