Dose anyone know how to do a moving image like a sort of animation but the lights are moving and changing all the time?? It’s often very short and sometimes they are on loop.
Any ideas how to do this??

That’s not quite what I want though
I know it’s not just one overlay and it kinda looks like a video if you see we’re I’m getting at!

Well, Well, well. So, take the video you want convert each frame to ping and upload them as overlay.
