Moving mouth overlay help

I am writing my story and I have been trying to code to have the mouth moves while they are speaking and nothing has worked so far. I am completely stuck and looking for any advice.

I have tried the template and once I get it working I will credit you. I have done the overlay but I never see it appearing on my character so I am not able to spot direct it to get it working. When I enter the template you wrote, I never get an error message but the mouth still doesn’t move. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

You have to spot the overlays into the zone your character is in, if your character is in zone 3 you move your overlays into zone 3 layer on top of your character.
