Multiple gem choice

For some reason, my script never allows me to make my own code for gem choices so I always have to resort to a code I found on the forums (I know this happens to a lot of people). I have now decided I want to add multiple gem choices with a skip button too. Is anyone able to make me a template for 5 gem choices (5, 8, 12, 17, 22) with a skip button.

This can be a massive help to other authors who want to add this code in, so if you’re able please post the code
