Every time I click on the play button it never plays the music or the sound. What should I do?

I’m using computer, when I’m on the catalog and I push the play button for a sound or music, it doesn’t play
Make sure your volume is up and try switching browsers. Epsiode Interactive works better with Google Chrome.

Do not worry about the sound not working on the laptop because mine doesn’t too but it works on phone so your all good.
