I’ve filled out a support form but my app still won’t work. every time i get on it it’ll show me the terms and conditions, then ask me to press okay. after i so that it just freezes to a blue background with all the features episodes on it. has anyone else experienced this problem? i’ve force closed the app, deleted and reinstall the app, i’ve restarted my whole phone (lost everything), i’ve tried making a new itunes account… i’m just out of options… please help!

When you say you have filled out a support form, did you mean the help ticket? If so, have you received a reply from the support team yet?
