My character is not scaling

I have three characters in one scene and when I want them to enter the scene, Barbie and Sheena would walk in, but Kareena would appear instead, and when I want them to scale to a different scale, Barbie and Kareena would but Sheena is not scaling. I move her to a certain spot and she goes, but she’s not scaling at all, and the computer is telling me that there’s nothing wrong with my script.
Here’s the script:

INT. ISLAND BEDROOM - DAY

@zoom reset

@BARBIE changes into Barbie_basic

@BARBIE enters from left to screen center AND KAREENA enters from left to screen left AND SHEENA enters from left to screen right

@BARBIE spot 1.181 172 75 in zone 1 at layer 3 and KAREENA spot 1.181 59 70 in zone 1 at layer 2 and SHEENA spot 1.181 268 84 in zone 1 at layer 2

@SHEENA faces left

Try this so you have the characters walk in with the same floor level and height:
