I keep Spotting the dude but he keeps spotting to his default position

According to the box he is in the position that you want him spotted in? 
Could it just be that the rear animation makes him appear to be a little higher than what he is when facing forward?

But what position (exact coordinates) is he appearing at? It should say when you click on him.
What I’m trying to establish is, is he appearing in a different spot than what you’ve coded him for with different coordinates appearing when you click on him OR is he appearing in a different spot than what you coded him for but his coordinates actually say the same as what you spotted him to?
