My characters won´t show up on my screen and I already tried restarting the zoom and i even spot directed but nothing worked. This never happened until episode updated their directing helper. If anyone how to fix this i really appreciate it if you could help me out.

I think you have to put:
@charactername spot xyz in zone 2
Not sure though

Hm… it works for me when I write
&character spot xyz in zone 2
Edit: works when I write @ too, so I have no idea what is wrong

1 ) Try writing Dialogue underneath all that:
NARR
Pause.
2 ) Recommend to switch the positioning of @zoom reset and the background name.
