So, I’m currently writing a new story and yesterday I wanted to move something from chapter 3 to chapter 1 and then move chapter 1 to chapter 3 to show a friend of mine just that bit without spoiling the whole story. I copied and pasted it onto chapter 3 and even saved it, but I must’ve closed the window mid save, I can’t really remember. All I know is that it wasn’t there anymore when I went to check it, and it’s not in chapter 1’s revisions either. Luckily it wasn’t the whole chapter, just the first 5 scenes but they have a lot of spot directing and overlays and if there’s ANY way I can recover it without having to redo it, it would be great.
So I guess my question is, can it be recovered or is it a lost cause? Thanks
