My Episode is not working, everytime I open my Episode, it will load so slow and will say Error Timed Out, I uninstall the app and install it again, sometimes it work , sometimes not, mostly not

I have the same case like after minutes of waiting, the “Timed Out” message shows up. But after receiving an app update, the problem still persists although at some time, it will load properly albeit with another problem.
Tried submitting a Support Ticket already, and tried all the steps given, but it still persists.
Please help me.
