It’s really good! The hair part kinda needs to be centered a bit more (angle it so its facing more to the left) When blending skin, you should always try to use a blending tool. For me, I use a blending blur, I set the opacity to like 70% and a smaller size. The eyes need a bit more work (like the eye whites) in regards to shading, since they look almost pure white. I do realize you did put a shadow on the eye whites, but it’s very difficult to see unless I was looking straight at it. The eyelashes are really cute, the makeup is beautiful, so yeah!

It looks amazinggg but the things where you could improve in are skin shading and the eyes, maybe try making the upper part of the eyes thicker? But otherwise i really like the style
