I believe you can’t retitle a story after publishing it. You can only name it with TWS before you hit the publish button. They would not count it as entry.

with this story sadly no, because you already published that story. You can try with new story that is not published yet.

  1. You may NOT use or re-title a previously published story. This must be a new, original work not previously been published to Episode or other platforms. Sequels, prequels, spin-offs, etc. are also not allowed.

It’s not a loophole because someone can easily find out that you already published that story and deleted it/republished as new one. I wouldn’t suggest playing things like that.
