My music i put in my story isn't working! help

I’m trying to put music in my story and it just won’t appear on the app, I’ve tried closing and reopening the app but it doesn’t work.
sound works not music.

It’s a glitch within the episode app. Many people are experiencing that issue. it’s best to submit a ticket
