My music starts mid-way even when I try to fade it in, how do I fix this?

How do I stop it from starting mid-way? This is my script:
volume music 0 3
@transition fade out 3

INT. COZY RESTAURANT - DAY

volume music 70 3

music music_aggropop

Time is set in milliseconds for the volume command. So with what you have, your volume is “fading” in in 3 milliseconds. If you want it to fade in in 3 seconds, the time needs to be 3000
