My passes arent recharging

i dont know why but i cant play episode, my passes arent recharging. i woke up today and used my 4 free pases and then i waited for them to recharge but the 4 hour countdown just starts again. it happened 3 times in a row and i dont know what to do! please someone help me

That’s happened to me lots of time, what i did was wait, which was a big mistake. But try submitting a ticket to episode! :two_hearts:

You have to wait for them to get back to you, but that’s the most you can do. Tho if you’re willing to wait, then go ahead. It’s pretty much just a glitch.

I had this happen to me too. I just waited some time and it got back to normal eventually.

You can try re-installing your app, or seeing if it needs updates🤷‍♀️

i already tried that but nothing works! im getting anxious because the story i was reading was so good im gonna cry :sob: :sob: but thank u for the advice! I have a question tho, how long did it take to go back to normal?

No idea… Sometimes it did work again, I fully closed and opened the app sometimes and tried with watching ads, since it sometimes did work.
But I’m afraif you’ll just have to wait

this happened to me a while ago, I thought it was just because I was using the skip the wait thingy, but even when I left it overnight the passes still wouldn’t recharge. it just went away about a few days later… in the mean time try checking for any updates and that stuff :blob_sun: :blob_hearts:

yeah i checked and theres no new update :frowning: but thank u for the recommendation! i thought it was because of that too haha but idk i hope that i can play again soon

My passes arent recharging, i waited the 4 hours but when its time to have my 4 free passes the countdown just starts again. I already tried updating the app and i deleted it and re-installing it but it isnt working. Has anyone have a solution?

Omg yea. It happened with me too. I am not able to get passes after 4 hours of wait and it was showing 4 hours again. I contacted the support and they told they are unable to find the solution for now:’( I hope they will find a fix soon.

Oh nooo, some people told me that i had to wait and that eventually its gonna work again but i really dont know this happened to me for the first time today

ooh. It happened to me for the first time a 2 days back and its still the same. I tried to switch devices to log in and still it didnt work. I have literally spend an eternity to play that game and now…i feel that i have to start everything over again using a new gmail :’)

Yeah i tried logging out and still use the app but it wasnt working either… idk what to do. i really dont wanna start another account because im reading like 3 awesome stories and im like half through
