The shading especially on the nose is literally so good!!
The only thing I have to say is, what canvas size are you using? It’s really pixelated which leads me to think is a rather small size. I recommend making it at least 2,000+ for a smoother look

i don’t have tips but I wanna say that every artist started from a single line or circle. don’t beat yourself up

The shading looks cool! Also, you might wanna use the outline and then colour/shade, so that it doesn’t look shaky. Or, you can erase bits of the edges to make it look neater.

I do not have any specific tips but as an opinion, this isn’t bad for starters!

Here’s a few tips
Use bigger canvas: I use the biggest one: 4096x4096 but it is kinda laggy so I recommend 3000x3000
Use warmer colors for shading. I use dark purple-ish colour for shadows and yellow-y colour for highlights
