So, venting because a water main broke on my street (which is graded at a downward slope) and it’s been days, several phone calls and some guys from the city said they’d be digging to fix it yesterday…
AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!
They haven’t shut off the main, there’s water pouring up from the concrete and you guessed it! RIGHT INTO MY YARD! My yard is officially a puddle of mud. I have kids who like to play in the side yard so yay for extra laundry duties and STILL nothing is being done.
At what point is it appropriate to abandon my “customer service” voice and tear these people a new a** about the fact that they’re doing NOTHING.
