The name in brackets (for the initial name input section) has to match their display name and when you use that name in dialogue and narrations you have to use these bracket e.g: [FIRSTNAME]
For everything else such as animations and whatnot, you don’t need to change anything, just use the script name because the display name will still show up as whatever the reader typed in.
E.g
CHARNAME (animation here)
Dialogue here [FIRSTNAME].
“CHARNAME” would appear as whatever name the reader typed in, you just need the “[FIRSTNAME]” for dialogue and narrations only.
