I’ve heard it’s called a narrator bubble but I thought that was the square one with the blue line around it, that you get by typing:
NARRATOR
Blah blah blah
Can somebody help me, please?
The screenshot is uploaded in a code box so I only see the code, not the image. 
Can’t see the image, but are you maybe talking about a reader message? They are the ones that drop down on the top of the screen for a few seconds.

I know what a reader message is (thanks though!). The one I’m talking about is like a clear white note that appears on the screen?
Please explain further or repost the screenshot correctly. 
I think I know what you are referring to now. Is the other text boxes purple in color? For the purple text box color scheme, the narrator box is more clear in color than the others. To get the purple colored boxes you have to type Demi Lovato when naming your story.
