how do you cut the background out and make it an overlay?

There are numerous ways you could do it! I’ll share two, even though there are plenty of others.
On phone:
I use Eraser, it’s a free app! It’s pretty easy to use, and you can get into all those “hard-to-erase” spots.
On computer:
I use PhotoScissors Online! Here is the link if you’d like to use it!

Hey! So I’ve got a notebook background but can you put the picture overlay onto the background but cut out the middle somehow so I can use it as an overlay?

Can I ask for a second overlay? I need an ambulance facing backwards with the doors open. It can be a generic ambulance if you want to do that. I just need to put it in the circle in this picture.
