You need to just change the layers more.
Nathan should be layer 0 and Ivy layer 3.

Try layer -1 instead, because layer 0 is sometimes glitchy.

Working on what she said, I believe most people use 0 as an overlay placing. Like when a background already has a set overlay in it. (If that made ANY sense)
