Is that what you mean?

i want the character to walk from zone 2 to zone without having to says @CHARACTER exits left and @pan to zone 1, @CHARACTER enters from left to screen right.

but rather i want the character to move from zone 2 to zone 1 whiles the camera is on him while he’s moving . i hope you understand please

Did you misspell the name of the characters?

I have an OVERLAY issue if you could help I’d be very grateful!
I have used the following to create my overlay:

&overlay PINK_PILLOW create
&overlay PINK_PILLOW shifts to 243 100 in zone 1
&overlay PINK PILLOW scales to 0.892 0.892 in 0
&overlay PINK_PILLOW opacity 1 in 0

HOWEVER, I need my CHARACTER to walk in FRONT of the overlay I created but the character always walks behind it, which looks absurd because the overlay is meant to be in the background!!! How can I place the overlay BEHIND the character? Is this a LAYER issue?

Yes, just layer the overlay and character

&overlay PINK_PILLOW to layer -1
@CHARACTER moves to layer 1

On a similar note and topic, if I want the character to seem like he/she is THROWING the pillow across a room(scene), how would I move the overlay PINK_PILLOW through the scene?

Is there a way that after tapping an overlay the reader can continue tapping and panning? If so, how do I do this? :frowning:

Another problem I got is with ui. I placed them and gave them “input” too. But if I click on one of them nothing happens. :frowning:

Hi! I was wondering how I can have certain choices only be available once. For example, if I had a character searching for clues, I want them to be able to find a clue if they click on a certain overlay or whatever, but then after finding the clue I want them to return to the room be able to keep panning around it. If they try to click on that overlay again it would say something like, “You’ve already searched here.” Does anyone know how I’d go about this?
