Hello! So I’m trying to put an overlay into my script mid-scene and when I try to view it, it’s not in the place that I had it in. (It’s an arm overlay btw)
This is my script:
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT create
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT shifts to -19 168 in 0 in zone 2
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT scales to .253% .253% in 0
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT opacity 1 in 0
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT rotates 20 anchor point 0 0 in 0
So when I try to preview it, its not in the place that it says on my script.
I don’t know if my script is wrong so if someone could help me it’d be greatly appreciated.
thanks.
Try this:
Remove the percent signs from the scales.
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT scales to .253 .253 in 0
Yes, I’m such an idiot thank you sm!
Hi.
On top of what granolias has already told you, swap place on the time and zone for the shift.
@overlay MALE OLIVE CLUTCH TAT shifts to -19 168 in zone 2 in 0
Take special note that the overlay automatically switch coordinates when it’s rotated, so you need to do the rotation and move to new location prior to adding the overlay coordinates.
I also would recomend you to use all with a & sign and add a small @pause for at the end, as they then will all happen at the same time, else there’ll be a small pause between each line.
