Need help changing the file type for an overlay pls

Hi! I wasn’t too sure where to put this so sorry if it is in the wrong section! I need someone to change the file type of this overlay please so that I can upload it. I don’t know what file type it needs to be however, I just know it’s not this one Thanks!!
