okay i know i have asked this before but this it is different my camera is supposed to show up like this
i know how to use panning and cut and the focus and zoom i messed around with it but it didn’t seem to be working please help thanks 
I think you need to reset your zoom and spot your characters? I’m not positive though.
no its the outro and i can’ t seem to get it to the whole thing
Do I undestand right that with the original background you see the girls but on the same spot wiht custom background you do not see them?
Or the problem is only with that the outro is shifted to side?
If the second can you show me how does the background look in original?
If it is not problem of zoom reset and pans than cant it be problem of the background itself? for example it is 2 zoned instead 1 zone and therefore you see only the one zone?

You use cuts and pans so you have to know what are zones…
your background has 2 zones…you will never see it whole on the screen…you simply see zone one…to see it all you have to eather pan slowly to zone 2 or ask your artist to redo the background to be only one zone.
One zone background has size of 640 * 1136 pixels
How about you first set a scene as needed, before all that panning?

@cut to zone 1
@transition fade in black in 1

@pan to zone 1 in 1.4

Have you tried replacing the background (but only background) with any other Episode official?
no that was the outro that came with the background
Is your outro a background or overlay?
What is the size of your outro?
But did you try these lines with any other background?

it is an background em not sure the size it is two pannels soo 1920 by 1346
And, what exactly do you want to do?
Show both panels?

Because your outro background is only 2 zones you don’t need to pan to zone 1 if you’re already @cut to zone 1
