Try removing the speech bubble code above it

Hey, you don’t need spot directing for Narrator speech bubbles.

“NARR” or "NARRATOR " or “NARRATOR (NAME)” function much like a ‘voiceover’ would in a tv show - just the voice over the scenes.

So, remove @NARRATOR spot x y etc and re-preview.
edit the speechbubble for narrator bubbles also doesn’t have the tail_top_left (etc) and looks like this instead: @speechbubble is 158 193 to 117%

If you’d like a simpler ‘warning’ screen, I could make a simple background for you.*<Edit

  1. Remove the spot directing for the Narrator. Spot directing is only for characters and overlays, and the Narrator is neither.

  2. Remove the second ‘Narrator’ that’s in between the brackets. This is what a narrator text can look like:

NARRATOR
Welcome to my story!

or

NARRATOR (CHARACTER)
I never knew I would get here someday.

FYI: You can also always replace the Narrator with ‘NARR’. It’s simply shorter version.

in this scenario there’s no need for the ().

NARR
Text

NARRATOR
Text

Will work!

Since you have a character called Narrator, your gonna have to use NARR instead to create the normal narration speech bubbles.

Ok no worries, I just had the narrator myself walk in and introduce herself is why. But yes that’ll be great I would like that warning label

Here’s a simple warning and a few background color variations. They are simple to make so if you have a preferred free-use image/pattern/texture you’d like to use instead and a preferred color font (I have different styles there as well to fit most aesthetics) Just let me know.

edit* I also added a png version of just the text if you wanted to use it as an overlay over a different Episode background - just upload and an overlay, it has a slight shadow effect around it so it should pop subtly off most any background.

I used darker base colors but can do any solid color
