Can someone help me?? The overlay I’m using is a beaker and I want to turn it side ways as if I’m pouring something out of it.

I’m not sure but maybe using overlay rotate would help
@overlay OVERLAYNAME rotates A anchor point 0.5 0.5 in T
A is how many degrees from 0 to 360
T is time in seconds
In your case try using something like 10 or 15 for A and then adjust with Director Helper
The anchor point is based on this
