Need help with a background edit: adding a whirlpool

Hi! I have no background editing ability whatsoever, and I’m hoping someone might be willing to help me.

I need a background that shows a whirlpool in the middle of the ocean. I was thinking of adding one to Episode’s EXT. BOAT - DAY background, but my attempts just look like weird blurs.

If anyone could add an effect that makes it look as though there is a whirlpool forming in the water, I’d be grateful and happy to credit!
