Need Help with Character Name & Character Customization Templates

Hi, so I am making a story for the Missed Connections contest, and I used @Dara.Amarie’s name and character customization template and followed the steps… but when I test the story out… the name I wrote on the app doesn’t show up… if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. (I can provide pictures of the script it you want me too.)

is your script and display name FMC?

I want the readers to be able to choose the name

Change your code to:

input What is your name? | What is your name? | Done (FMC)

oh and you may want to put the walking after before the label as if the reader is wanting to click a new section the character will walk AGAIN and will annoy the reader

And contest stories need to keep the readers reading to drive reader retention.
