Need help with creating a text messages script

I already know how to create the text messages scene, but I just saw this in a story “Sinned soul”

So I’m curious how to create the chat/contact name and “seen” text.

The “seen” is basically the narration bubble for the texting format. eg

NARRATOR
Seen at 12:03

@CHARACTER left/right is what is used to have that character’s messages on the left or right side of the screen.

e.g

@MAYA right
@ATHENA left
