Heyo! These both come from where I live, so I might be able to help more on their background!
As @/EtherealWitch said, their names are what’s mostly odd about them. They both sound somewhat old/arcaic, especially if they come from Lombardy. They’re quite unusual up here. Clara is good, but Angelina is also unused here, unless when she’s not Clara she’s supposed to come from the south where it could be more common, idk.
Floriano is also odd and unlike Claretta it doesn’t have a correspondant. If you’re searching for similar sounding names, I can recommend Damiano, otherwise you can try with Fabio, Fausto, Federico, Francesco… if you were into names starting with F.
Another thing with Floriano is his eye shape. Since in your screenshot he’s got monolids, I find it to be proper for him to have monolids only if one of his parents is either: Asian, African, Native American (North and South), or Inuit, as monolids are never natural in non-mixed caucasian individuals. And even if a person is mixed caucasian and––say––east asian it’d be hard for them to keep a monolid shape. So, out of respect for all ethnicities with natural monolids, I’d remove them from Floriano and perhaps use another slender eye shape instead? That is if he’s not mixed. However if he is mixed, then I’d personally darken his hair and eye color.
Oh another thing on Clara… being a police infiltrate at 18 is unlikely. Because in general at 18 you should still be in school. We typically graduate high-school at 19 years old after 5 years, and after that we can either choose to go to university (another 3 to 6 or so years on average, depending on the department of choice) or we hope to get hired somewhere 
The police force in Italy requires you to be at least 18 and with a middle school diploma di enter (pretty shallow requirements if you ask me) but one would need to train for a long time in order to become an infiltrate, let alone infiltrate the mafia. Just know that if she joined the force at 18 she probably hasn’t graduated high-school and she’s likely not a police infiltrate until years and years later.

Hey there! I’m sorry, I haven’t understood if she’s Italian or American and living in Italy. If this is the case then, I’m not sure how much we can help with her appearance!
But if she’s Italian, I’d say she looks okay~ Maybe the lips look a bit unrealistic because it’s really rare to have lips that plump. But other than that, she’s fine! I actually know someone who looks a lot like her.

Ok so, she just lives in Italy but is American! For appearance I asked because like she was set to live in Venice since childhood, so weather effects & all can have an impact on her appearance too! & as i said she knows how to speak italian & accepts all the Italian cultures

I’m late to answer hehe but
It is true that if one settles in places like Southern Italy (where there’s lots of sun, temperatures are higher, there’s plenty of beaches) they could get (slightly) more tan than usual. But other than this, the sun alone doesn’t change much from what the DNA decides. So no need to worry about that! What matters is that your MC is capable of speaking perfect Italian and has (fully) integrated with our culture, if it’s true that she has lived in Venice ever since childhood.
