I trying to put a character behind and infront multiple overlays but when I put “@CHAR moves to layer #” the character doesn’t show up anywhere and I dont know what I’m doing wrong

can i see a screen shot of your script?
try putting it at the spot line for ex
@CHARACTER spot X Y Z in zone # at layer #
you can specify the layer number at the box under the previewer, & you can move your character’s layer when you spot direct

i thinks its because your code is to messy
first i would do
@FOOD TRUCK GUY spot 0.498 95 254 in zone 3 at layer 3

and the line above it ? where you trying to get the character to walk into the center?

also I don’t think you need that first line,
try
