Need help with overlays 😊

Hii!

I need help with creating overlays out of backgrounds. Anyone who could help me? I have a few backgrounds ?

I use image editing software like Photoshop, GIMP, etc. You need to cut out the part from the background, paste it on a separate layer then hide the background so that the overlay has a transparent background. Then convert it to .png format and upload it to your account in the writer’s portal.
