Need help with the background and overlay

Hi guys! I have uploaded an overlay and a background and they were approved bu Episode. However, when I add them to my script, they have no fonction as if they don’t exist. Will you please help me? Thank you💖

I try to use the overlay with INT. BLACK - NIGHT background. It is an artwork actually. I want my artwork to seem on a black screen as someone is coming from a dark place. Here is my overlay(artwork). I don’t know if I was able to explain. Sorry English is not my first language and thank you

Oh you should Add a spot like
INT. BLACK - NIGHT with STARE to (spot) in any zone at layer (any numbers like zone 1,2,3)
