Do you have all the spot directing correct? 'Cause that seems to be the only problem

Your spotting numbers are incorrect. They wont work. Use the template numbers. Or use the directing helper to create your own position.

@FRONTCHARACTER spot 1.28 131 -2 AND FRONTCHARACTER faces left
@BACKCHARACTER spot 1.28 131 0 AND BACKCHARACTER faces left
