Well I’m no expert but back in college I had a lot of classmates both Muslims and Non-Muslims who wore hijab.
I’ve learned from them that they’re not supposed to show skin in a desirable way like arms, belly, chest, etc.
Again, I have no idea of knowing what’s modest but I took the liberty to look modern looks within people who wear them and they look really nice and respectable at the same time, I’ll show you:
