Need some serious help starting a scene

I’m trying to start a scene with over lays and characters and stuff, and the camera shows the stuff shifting to where its supposed to be, and then the camera waits for everything to be placed before it pans where i want it to pan. I don’t know if i’m explaining this right, but here’s a video of what’s happening.

you need to add it to the background. then it wont jump

Hello,
You currently don’t have it to pan. Also the issue is that you have @ for everything opposed to using &. So the overlays will appear there and get set into place and then the characters afterwards. To do things at the same time you would use & instead of @.

Might I suggest this way instead:
