I wanted to make it as a kidnapping scene with the overlay.
I have been trying to make the man in front side as the MC is tied up but his hands couldn’t be seen… Please help me to fix this

Move the tapes to layer 2, that may help

You can say:
AMANDA moves to layer 1
@overlay INT. TAPED WALL COCOON - DAY to layer 2
STEPHAN moves to layer 3
