Needing Background Modified

Hey guys!

I was hoping that some amazingly talented person would be able to edit this background so that it looks a little worse-for-wear (eg. broken windows, faded/peeling paint, maybe burnt) for my upcoming story.

Otherwise, if someone could recommend a drive that had a before and after of a house (eg. prior to being renovated), I would be very appreciative!
