New author/ need some answers asap

Ok so I currently do not have my computer with me at the moment but I have a question.
I’ve seen in a lot of great stories here in the episode community, where the narrator says something and instead of it saying narrator it would have the characters name. I was wondering how I do that? I appreciate any help:))

NARRATOR (CHARACTER)
What you want the character to say.

Instead of CHARACTER write the characters name.
