New device, help needed please

Hi, I just downloaded Episode on my new phone, and I want to restore my account. I tried restoring it by using my email, my username ID and pw, and it restored my info but not my account. Have I done something wrong? When I try to log in, it says my account is assocated to another platform, but I did restore it. Why?

The error I get that it’s with another platform is when I went from Samsung to Apple.

I mean profile, sorry. The thing is on episode my profile is Shay Robert and I restored my info but
profile, gems and passes didn’t restore. I just went from Apple to Samsung and it doesn’t work.
