I was working on characters for my story when I noticed a new or atleast I believe new face. When was this released does anyone know?

well it has been there is some time because I have been using it since I started my new story and that is mouths ago

Then I must’ve missed it from whenever it was released. 
I was just curious as I had only just now seen it in the portal so wasn’t sure if it was new or not.
