New platform, can't restore data

So I just switched from Apple to Android and when I tried to log into the app and restore everything… It wouldn’t let me because I switched platforms. I already submitted a support ticket, but I was just wondering if anyone knew any other ways to get it back faster. I wouldn’t care this much, but I payed $10 to have unlimited passes and I am nervous now lol

If you’re switching from Android to Apple or vise versa, your data will not be transferred even with the data information.

I know that’s not true because it said to submit the ticket thing. I asked on here to see if there was a quicker way to get it back
