My very unexposed story released a week and a half ago is shown to have only gained one read, 23 up from 22 but somehow, I am already at #195 on my genre. Does this mean the numbers are not accurate just yet?
Your rank is determined by the reads you get within a certain amount of time. For example if you have 2 stories and you get 20 reads on story A and 30 reads on story B within the next 4 hours, story B will have a higher rank regardless your overall reads.

Thats the thing. My story hit a peak of 22 last week. 1 read was added yesterday so not sure how I am 195 in Mystery and 3,700+ overall. Looks nice but seems farfetched.
