Hello! I just wanted to say that the new update regarding the Gems in user created stories are really annoying and frustrating . I have been playing episode for about almost 2 years now and I’ve always enjoyed reading user created stories not only because they were free but because of the great story lines and plots. But the new update has made it so that some choices aren’t free anymore, I really wish that they would get rid of the feature because I have no gems since I’m not a fan of the episode’s own stories. There is also occasions where I have accidentally clicked support author and I have lost loads of gems. Please can you at least get rid of this or something?

With user created stories, the authors can choose whether their choices use Gems or not. I’m sure Episode wouldn’t put Gems in user’s stories without permission as it should be the writer’s decision. With the “support author” part, it’s a way of paying them. As in, if you’re 18 or over, you can get paid through your Episode stories. So, in a way, you are supporting them.
To be honest, gem choices are so annoying (especially in Episode official stories) but if it will get the user money then it’s worth it for them.
