Okay, so I updated my character and put a beard on him, it shows up in the portal, but it does not show up on the app when I go too create.
It shows up on others but not the one I want it on… 
Has anyone ever dealt with this issue??
Moved to Report a Bug Mobile Creator. Sounds like you may need to submit a help ticket to the support team and let them know about this issue.
