In the mobile app, the ads that let you get more shards and less time on passes has not been showing up in the new update. Is there any explanation for this?

Not really just that it’s been happening through the new update and episode has been trying to fix it . Other than that that’s all I know . I personally haven’t expirenced it but from what I’ve heard from other people who have had it .
I haven’t even gotten the new update yet. Which is weird. I typically get it as soon as it comes out
