News banner overlay?

Hi!! I’ve been trying to find a red news banner overlay where the words loop on top but had no luck. Can anyone point me to the right direction please?

Okay, you say you want the words breaking news to loop, if so then here are all the overlays you’ll need, here’s an example of how it will look and you’ll just need to animate the text overlays to loop
