Message to all. Submitting multiple tickets regarding the same issue will do nothing but extend the amount of time it takes for the support team to get to your actual ticket and help. For faster service, include all of the details pertaining to your issue on the first ticket you submit. Topic closed as that is what happened here. :peace_symbol:
